# Setup and Authentication

theMarketer supports sending webhooks when different types of events take place in our system. Webhooks can easily be set up from the interface, by navigating to <Anchor label="Settings - Webhooks" target="_blank" href="https://app.themarketer.com/settings/webhooks">Settings - Webhooks</Anchor>.

Our webhooks support three types of authentication:

* None - no credentials required
* Basic - with Username and Password
* Bearer - authorization with Bearer token in the request headers
